The North Vietnamese had prepared to conditionally surrender around 1969 but their comrades actions on the streets of America made them rethink their decision. From 1969 until the end of the war, 20,000 more American soldiers lost their lives. Some of the blame goes to the Kerry, Fonda and their comrades who saved North Vietnam. The anti-war movement actually dragged the war on and saved the communists.And Kerry has the gall to claim himself a hero.
