Did the Navy courtmartial him for consorting with the enemy? Was Kerry a counter spy, using his Viet Cong contacts to gain information to pass back to the Navy, is that why he was recalled to the USNR?

Could a sitting Senator be imprisoned for crimes commited while in the military? Did they ever actually put Benedict Arnold in prison or did he excape first?
