If it's because they resent a supposed conservative trying to torpedo Bush's re-election, you don't have a point. You don't.

What are conservatives supposed to do? Just keep your mouth shut and not express opinions and vote whomever has an (R) in front of their name? Sometimes I wonder if you people would have voted for Clinton if he was a Republican.

"Sometimes I wonder if you people would have voted for Clinton if he was a Republican."

Good news, the answer is VERY FEW. I don't recall the actual numbers but there weren't that many people who voted for the reform party candidate, even though his name was buchanan.

Everyone has the opportunity to vote for the most conservative candidate in the Republican primary. If you want to argue that there are no conservatives in the Republican party, then we have nothing further to discuss. I'll dismiss you as a total loon.

If you think Buchanan is doing something positive with this book, I'll also have that opinion.

I don't think it will have much, if any effect. However, I think his intent was evil. Just which candidate did he intend to help?

If Clinton were a Republican he would never have won his first primary. There's are reasons why the vast majority of conservatives and Republicans support President Bush. Just because he's not good enough for you doesn't mean he's not still very good.

The answer is yes. They would claim 9/11 changed everything.
