"Those who support him, directly or indirectly like the third parties, are just as dangerous."
You're right. And I wonder if their consciences will trouble them at all when they see young soldiers and Marines hauled off to Belgium to be tried by a bunch of Euro-elitists.
I seriously doubt it...not in their nature.
Don't get too carried away.
Near as I can see, you aren't America's favorite anything.
Thanks for the reaffirmation.
You know, I could sit here all day and nitpick every little thing that GWB has done that I don't like. But I know that he loves this country and I know that he will do whatever he has to do to protect it. And that is what matters most to me right now.
AMEN to that...and we see what matters most to the patsies. It's sure not America.
The "lesser of two evils" garbage is part II of the "not a dime's worth of difference" line.
If you can't see the obvious differnces between the Democrats and the Republicans, you have much larger issues than any I could actually resolve for you.
I like ackee and salt fish myself.
Come on man!
Don't hold back..what do you REALLY think of Pat?
LOL
I'm leaving, too.
See you later. :-)
But unlike Pat, he doesn't think that he is.
In a few posts, he'll have "principles", too.
Can you say ."I am really a Kerry supporter"? Sure you can....and are.
I said he did a good job that night, too.
But everybody knows that the ONLY way Pat Buchanan can make money is by bashing Bush.
He tried to deny Bush the presidency in 2000 -- and now he's going to do it again so he and Bay can keep living the life they've grown accustomed to; never mind it's on the backs of others.
Despicable.
From Drudge:
On the Conservative Case for Bush:"George W. Bush is a God-fearing and good man....He kept his commitment to cut taxes....He has revived an economy sinking into recession when he took office. He has chosen fine judges. His willingness to accept international abuse by rejecting the Kyoto Protocol and the International Criminal Court show him to be a patriot who will not yield national sovereignty." (251)
"If George Bush is reelected and the Senate that confirms new justices remains Republican, there is the chance...the curtain may be brought down on the court's fifty-year run as battering ram of social revolution." (252)
"There is simply nothing that [Kerry-led Democrat] party offers to the Right." (252)
So, it sounds like a mixed bag, but the media will emphasize the negative stuff against Pres. Bush.
For the most part, I think Buchanan is a bit out there, on Israel, free trade, and a number of other issues...but I do think he has been proven right about what he said in 1992 regarding the culture war.
Whatz a kipper?
The answer is yes. They would claim 9/11 changed everything.
It's glaring.....
Buchanan has a long history of betraying people he worked for, his political parties, his causes, his principles, and now his country during a time of war.
Your support of him speaks volumes about you.
