if peoples registrations are counted in both states, then that is the election commissions fault(or at least the state election commission). I changed my registration to florida when i moved down there. If the NY board didn't cancel my registration then that's their fault not mine.

I agree completely. The FEC needs to do what they are getting paid to do and stop waiting to act after the fact.

Exactly. Being registered in two places is not a crime. Voting in two places is. You are not responsible for the bureaucracy from purging you from the rolls. It happened to me too, except this was from two different counties in the same state!
