Yes, throw them in jail. But first we have to catch and then convict them.

A national ID number would provide our inept and feeble voter registration officials with a critical tool for identifying and prosecuting these felons.

Would your rather let this crime continue, or would you rather have a national ID number?

It's not that hard to do. They obviously know who is registered in both states. Check the poll records in both locations. If they sign for a ballot in two states for the same election, they go to jail. They actually are guilty of two separate crimes by voting in two states.
