I have Zero knowledge on this interesting subject,is there anything now that can help slow down aging?

Efforts are currently underway to do this in mice and extend the mouse lifespan from 3 to 5 years, or 180 mouse-years. This is the purpose of the Methuselah Foundation, which has organized a prize fund for which five teams of scientists are already competing. Such an endeavor, in order to succeed, needs the assistance of individuals like you.

Moreover, stay tuned for "The Quest for Indefinite Life III," where Dr. de Grey will give his estimates of how soon, with proper funding and investment, scientists will be able to reverse human aging and achieve an indefinite lifespan.
