Or just had an aquarium? I've got a reef aquarium with a lot of lighting; I have GFCIs and everything installed, drip loops on all the wires, but it's more likely to start a fire than, say, a table lamp.

Or breeding chameleons as I was. Lotsa lighting, timers, wires etc. I feel for the firefighters, but this is not right.

Aquariums are not illegal. Firemen died as a result of a crime (growing pot) that led to the fire. See how simple that is?
