Sure is. A Blackhawk on the hip would certainly draw some attention in Albertson's these days.My wife and I always took the Ruger New Super Blackhawk .357, 6-1/2" bbl with us when we'd go camping in Utah (bears, dontcha know). I never wore it in public. Only the PPK, even in Larimar Square (Denver). Never had an issue with an LEO.
