infamous photo of a S Viet Nam officer shooting a suspected VC prisoner.I seem to remember that the shooter was the chief of police of Saigon and that the shootee was a captured viet cong guerilla that just killed a south vietnamese captain and the captains wife and daughter. I think this happened during the TET offensive.
Can anybody confirm this?
