This is starting to really backfire for Kerry.

I believe that we will see Nam Vets get political for the first time since they returned from Nam. They are becoming aware that Kerry was/is one of the main reasons they were spit on and hated for serving their country in Nam.

Another reason that Nam Vets will get involved is because they are very settled in life, many nearing retirement age, children grown, etc. They will have less to worry about in the forms of backlash or worse, than they might have to anticipate if so much time had not passed.


The next few months are going to see a great weight being lifted off the shoulders of our Vietnam veterans. I think we can even thank senator Kerry for this cleansing of the terrible fellings that our vets have had to live with their whole adult life.

Talk about yer unintended consequences!

It is because 'rats continue to have contempt for all things military, that they believed they had a winnah with an anti-war vet!
