I don't think we've formally declared war since WW2 (to our obvious detriment, including the "War" on Terror).

BIG Question: Has anyone ever been ousted from office during a period of no declared war under the quoted provision of the 14th Amendment, or a law that was directly derived from it, without having actually committed espionage?
Better yet, has did Kerry during his glorious VVAW days commit an ACTUAL ACT of espionage (troop movements, ship or personnel locations, sabotage of documents, etc.) that has been covered up?
Prove this and only the braid-dead will get his vote.
