By the way, we can use all the conservatives we can get, so welcome aboard!

I've been here since May and have often found it difficult to get responses/feedback from most of my posts. Seems as though there are a lot of "mini groups" that talk back and forth. Am confident that my inputs are worthy, but often get discouraged. Just my 2 cents.

Come on! The suspense is killing me! I gotta know if I need to feel like a FNG or not.

I've been here since April, but I mostly just lurk. I usually throw down some verbiage every once in a while though.
I like this place. I've met more like-minded people here on FR than I have anywhere else. It's always good to be able to hop on and see that a hundred other folks are ranting at the same things I am. Keeps me sane, I suppose...
Great place. And since I'm entering college soon, I'll need my daily dose of sanity more than ever. Don't go anywhere, FR!

Occasionally I feel like a pro-lifer at the Democratic National Convention. Some people assume certain things if you don't agree with them in lock step. The funny thing is I've been reading FR since 97/98. I had some fun at some anti-Clinton protests at the time and only recently started to regularly read and post.
When my credentials are questioned, its good to have some 'old school' references to calm people down.

i don't know what a sign on number is but i'm new.
everything will be good when i learn who the jerks are and who the people are who are fun and provide informative discussion...but that's like anywhere else.
can you tell i have just been assaulted?
anyway, there are way more interesting, informative people than jerks :0)

I've been here a short while. I was encouraged to join in by my brother, conspiratoristo. I've always been treated with kindness and respect. Thanks for asking!

I've heard about this place a long time ago, but didn't actually visit it until a few days ago. I guess I figured that "Free Republic" was perhaps something like the rag "New Republic". Anyway, glad to see that this is a place where conservatives can gather and exchange news and opinions. I may be new here, but I'll not be scarce now that I am here.

1. Well I don't see a number.
2. I feel welcomed.
3. I have had Freeper's that are not Conservatives that have attacked me in the Liberal way and I burned them alive. Which was lots of fun.
4. Been in on 2 troll hunts.
5. Posted an article I wrote.
6. It was nice to hear how much Freepers liked it.
7. Seem to have been added to a couple of ping lists.
8. Freepers are sending me information about my posting that has expanded my knowledge, which is real cool.

Its been mahvelllllous for me so far. The Twit Ratio here is the lowest I've encountered in any public forum, and any place that uses armed kittens to dispose of its troll population has my vote from the get-go.
