What is the point of buying several authentic ID matricula cards from the Mexican consulate, each proving beyond doubt your personal identity, if the damned gringos are not going to accept one of them. Do they reject legitimate maticula ID cards from any othet nationality? NO!! This is ethnic profiling; it prevents criminals of only one ethnic background from going to the EU where they can earn a living.

The US should compensate those Mexicans who suffered monetary losses as a result of this ethnic profiling which, by the way, violates all sorts of UN laws. Many of these entrepreneurs had instructions to acquire specific motor vehicles and return them to Mexico for commercial sale. These are lost opportunities. The spotters in LA have to be paid but the car (SUV) didn't get picked up on time.

One hombre had six genuine, legitimate, official matricula cards and the gringos rejected every one!!! What kind of documents do these folks want??

The matricula cards are worthless and pointless. A matricua card is not considered a valid identity document, and absent any proof of citizenship or other legal status, amount to a deportation authorization card.

Only Mexicans, insofar as I know, have any matricula cards; therefore, matricula cards of other nationalities do not exist to be rejected. If, however, such cards were to exist, then they would be rejected under the same standard as the Mexican matricula card.

Most criminals are denied access to the EEUU (the Spanish acronym for the United States) summarily, regardless of nationality. We only know of more Mexican criminals because they commit more crime on American soil than any other foreign nationality. This statistic is biased against Mexicans not because of a propensity toward criminality on the part of that ethnic group but rather because of the sheer number of Mexicans who visit and live in this country.

The United Nations has no authority to make laws binding upon these United States; therefore, its proclamations are ignorable and hence irrelevant. Therefore, to whatever extent the nonexistent profiling of Mexican nationals might violate those worthless purported laws, the affected criminal foreigners are not entitled to any rights or compensation under such United Nations proclamations.

Any acquisition of certain motor vehicles by such entrepreneurs would have to involve actual purchase, which would require an appropriate sum of legitimate money to be transferred to the original owner. Such purchase would be called a "sale" and the specific verb would be "to buy." Obtaining vehicles without paying for them or receiving permission from the owner to take them is called "motor vehicle theft," a serious felony. Such offenses tend to land the offender in jail for a long time--and (if an alien) banished from the country forever thereafter.

The authorities tend to prefer documents issued by American government agencies establishing identity. These might include visas, immigration documents, driver licenses, birth certificates, and social-security cards. For foreigners, a passport is usually in order.
