They do not believe in the Constitution. They call it a "living document" (as they murder the unborn). So, expect them to control the "free speech" they want you to hear. The argument will go like this: speech is speech and should be free. But this is a TV ad and it must be taken off the air.......

The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution

Null and Void when it comes to "Communications designed to affect a federal election", according to the Supreme Court. Neither can the NRA publish ads with voting records of those who would violate the second amendment, within 60 days of the election, which is less than two weeks away.
