Didn't the Supreme Court Already rule on the 527's??

SCOTUS ruled on CFR (and found some of it legal -- damn the luck).
The FEC has declined to rule on the 527s until after the election.

You know, we have reached a sad day in our history when we have to rely on "luck" to have SCOTUS overturn what is clearly an infringement of our 1st amendment rights.

We wouldn't even be having this conversation if SCOTUS had ruled properly on CFR.
