Kerry camp filing a complaint with the Federal Elections Commission.

The FEC declined to rule on 527s (the groups running these ads) until after the election.

I don't think the FEC can rule on this complaint before ruling on the 527s.

So Kerry surely knows this. Is he trying to make it appear that he's attacking the validity of the ads, by going thru this stupid motion, since he knows he can't bring it to court (since it's true)
