I do not believe these ads are subject to those limitations...Please, someone correct me if I am wrong, but I think these ads can run right up through election day.

My understanding is that they are subject to the 60-day limitation, since they specifically mention Kerry. I would love to be wrong about this. I would even be willing to donate to a legal defense fund if the Swifties want to challenge that aspect of CFR by continuing to run the ads!

No, they just mention his words. They do not endorse or oppose the candidate. Under CFR, its perfectly legal. And THAT's what gives it such punch is it doesn't look or sound like a typical political ad at all.

True, but my understanding that to be illegal the ad would have to endorse a candidate...If you really look at the ad it never even mentions an election...let alone naming a candidate.
