Yep. It's time for new and better ABM ideas and spending. How about one that burns out or confuses electronics in incoming offensive enemy missiles from distances, to supplement the current missile killers? ...something like that work on evasive incoming? ...or even something that could feed alternate coordinates (like back to home) to a GPS system? ...or maybe something fast with a chain gun that could lock on with a wide path of fire from behind an incoming?
