For those of you that I pinged, you might enjoy this little exchange. And feel free to pass it along. I don't obstruct free speech. :)

"Chris,

The economy, as far as I knew, was not sluggish, but doing quite well until, during the debates, George Bush kept telling us how bad the economy was. I guess I missed something. 22 million jobs were created during Clinton's watch as opposed to losing 3 million as we've seen in the last four years. The economy is doing so much better now.

"Liberals, like Nazis." I so love that phrase. Nazis stripped people of their rights (Patriot Act), blamed a group of people for the county's ills and murdered those who didn't agree with them. As far as I can see, our Conservative administration loves to blame everyone else for the country's problems and they seem intent on silencing those who don't agree with them. Hm.

George Bush is indeed, all about God and that's wonderful. But we are not a Christian Nation and the Constitution exists to keep a separation between Church and state. This administration seems intent on bringing this nation into a Theocracy. I wonder what will happen to all those people that don't believe in his God. As far as I know, I worship an awesome God who loves every human on this planet, not one that whispers to kill tose we don't like.

Ah, September 11. That's really when all of George Bush's problems started. The economy tanked, his ability to put his vision forth was halted and every problem this country suffers from stems back to 9/11. That's why George Bush had to attack Iraq. Oh wait. What about Osama Bin Laden, the man responsible for murderng nearly 3,000 Americans? Mr. Bush doesn't seem overly interested in finding him any more. Nope. Iraq is where the real action is.

If I've learned anything from this administration in the last four years, it is this: take no responsibility, blame others, obfuscate the truth, let others take the blame for your mistakes and, as long as the right people give you money, life is good and you can ignore everyone else.

I received this through a friend of mine and I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for posting this. It reminds me what I'm fighting for.

Peace,
g-Man . . ."

"We are worse off than we were four years ago. Period. His environmental policies benefit corprations while destroying wetlands and vast tracks of wilderness, including the water we drink and the air we breathe. His economic policies have gotten us a net loss of over a million jobs. His foreign policy has made us the laughing stock of the world. He has cut veterans benefits, social programs, forgot to fund No Child Left Behind, gave tax cuts while we were at war, has decided that the man responsible for murdering 3,000 Americans isn't important. Do I need to go on?

G.W. Bush is NOT the greatest man of the 21st Century. He has lied us into a war with no exit strategy and no idea what he was getting into. He disregarded generals that told him he needed more men. We were not welcomed with open arms. We are hated by the international community. And before you say, "Who needs them?" Think about all the American citizens living abroad. I could go on, but conservatives aren't interested in truth, only in what you wish to believe. So be my guest and disregard what I've said. I know it won't make sense to anyone on this board.

Thanks again. God Bless The world.

Peace,
g-Man . . ."

G-man,

There can only be one strategy when it comes to terrorism and that includes Iraq. The absurdity that somehow al-Qaeda was everywhere else in the war but Iraq is just that, absurd. Here's the strategy: Complete and total victory. We must annihilate terrorism at every corner of the globe despite what other countries think. And it doesn't matter what you say. Americans living abroad will be safer Americans with the defeat of terrorism. The only person that's going to do that is President, repeat after me, President George W. Bush.

If you think John Kerry will effectively conduct the War on Terrorism, think again. During eight years in the White House, Bill Clinton managed to ignore terrorism and the growing threat until September 11, 2001. And President Clinton had two chances to capture Osama Bin Laden and chose to ignore it.

President Bush isn't going to stop searching for Osama Bin Laden. Not ever. To him, this was a personal attack on Americans and he won't ever forget it. But somehow you liberals want to ignore the damage done by President Clinton, the same president that taxed America so much, including senior citizens and social security, that the reprocussions of it came in the form of a recession. Yes, a recession.

Prior to President Bush even taking office, America was suffering from six months of negative GDP-that's Gross Domestic Product to you and your liberal freinds. That means the economy was officially in recession. Unemployment is always a lagging indicator on the economy. You can't use it to effectively measure time frames in peaks and recessions.

But you and the other liberals will use the same old tired playbook you've been using for forty years. Wake up! This isn't a September 10, 2001 America anymore. National Security is priority one and it will stay that way until terrorism is effectively controlled.

And yes, liberals are like Nazis. They are in effect supportive of socialist ideas, which the Nazis were. Liberals believe in the authority of one powerful, expanding federal government, which the Nazis also believed. The Nazis created class warfare by pitting Germans against Jews. Liberals use some of these same tactics such as rich against poor, men against women, blacks against whites, etc...Even you'll have to admit that the comparisons are startling.

But let's get one thing straight... It's President George W. Bush. Learn to love it cause it's the best thing going on today. And it's going to be the best thing going on for the next four years. Maybe, and only maybe then will he have a chance to undue all the mess that President Clinton managed to get us into. It's a shame you have blinders on to the world.

Peace,
C-man :)
