>> Should the president of the united states, who is running against john kerry, does he have the right as we speak, as you see it, to raise this issue and debate it if it comes up? Is he allowed to talk about it? I saw this disgusting piece of "Peace Corps" Matthews' garbage.
Does "Peace Corps" Matthews have the right to question Thurlow's service in Vietnam, when he, Matthews, dodged the draft in that era?

I could literally hear Chris push the words at top speed to try to unsettle his guest. It didn't work. And even Chris can't bail out Kerry this time.

Chrissy was in major panic, meltdown mode. It's not fair for these people to be telling the truth about John Kerry! How dare they do that. How dare they question ANYTHING John Kerry tells us. Kerry's people are terrified. It's great to see. When will the democrats learn to stop backing liars and slugs that you have to defend all the time. Can't they find one good man? Just one? Just one who isn't a mental case.

What planet is Matthews from?
I bet Thurlow is STILL trying to figure out what the heck Matthews was wanting to know.
Hardball is a waste of time.

"That's right. Mr. Thurlow had no tangible evidence and he admitted that of what he was saying. Up next, senator max cleland"
Don't that just say it all.

Now, of course, Matthews has Max Cleland on and is allowing him to spew his hate without interruption.

f'ing is dirty. I think matthews has just figured it out
and now it's all spin control. From now on it will be
lie your ass off until it goes away. I am amazed that an
"aspirin factory type situation" has not come up for the
rats, by now, I'm sure it will. Change the topic is
their only hope.

To: jackbill
That's a very good point.
He has no credibility to attack Thurlow or to defend Lurch.

I agree 100 percent!
And now we have Cleland on. Notice Chris isn't asking for documentation that Bush is behind this.
I am as mad right now as I have been in YEARS!!!!

Not to worry. Chris licked his chops over F9/11, and how it made Bush the fool, even while admitting that it was blatantly bias propaganda. Yet he excoriates the swiftboaters, who stand miles above fat Michael, when they tell their true experiences. He knows this is hurting Kerry, perhaps more then F9/11 hurt Bush and it is driving him crazy.
Correction, crazier.

The rats fail to realize that the more they go after patriot men who served their country, the more Bush's base becomes energized.

Every living skipper of the Swift boats in that incident, except for Kerry, says that they were not receiving enemy fire.

Can you get the Cleland transcript. I swore I heard him say Kerry was SHOT 3 times.
To: GRRRRR
Glad that you posted the transcript. I could not believe it. matthews is comming UNGLUED.
To: My2Cents
Matthews did not bother to ask for DOCUMENTATION for Clelend's claim that Bush is doing this.
Cleland issued a challenge to Bush for a throwdown.
This is what they want; to make it about Bush, not Kerry.

Chris Mathews is a leftist radical and Kerry water boy.
He is totally off the mark and continually hostile to anyone who does not agree with his point of view.
Half the time he doesn't even see what a jerk he is in his questioning. May God have mercy on his soul.
