Okay, you started it. I've got two (count em) racks of ribs on the smoker. Dry rubbed with brown sugar, garlic, black and red pepper, kosher salt, paprika and a hint of chinese mustard. On the side, home grown zuccini... these will be sliced in half inch disks, egg washed and dredged in a combo of egg/milk wash, soda cracker crumbs, cajun spices and flour dredge, and fried in butter. That's it. Grab a couple paper towels and sit yerself down. Yum.
We'll have salad tomorrow, then MRE's for the weekend (yup, goin to camp till the race on Sunday.)
