Vote to pass a bill banning a medical procedure, which is commonly known as "partial-birth" abortion. The procedure would be allowed only in cases in which a woman's life is in danger, not for cases where a woman's health is in danger.

Senator John Forbes Kerry voted NO.

If Kerry voted NO because the bill doesn't cover the health of the mother, then explain why so, when the American Medical Association states:

"Although Third-Trimester abortions can be performed to preserve the life or health of the mother, they are, in fact, generally not necessary for those purposes. Except in extraordinary circumstances, maternal health factors which demand termination of the pregnancy can be accomodated without sacrifice of the fetus and the near certainty of the independent viability of the fetus argues for ending the pregnancy by appropriate delivery."

Kerry is an agent of the devil. There is no doubt about it.

Well, that may be taking it a little too far.

But one thing is for sure, it definitely appears that he isn't about to change his pro-abortion views anytime soon.
