Intelligence soldiers and civilian contractors at Abu Ghraib are implicated, but military brass outside the prison are not, officials say.
WASHINGTON — A long-awaited report on the Abu Ghraib prison scandal will implicate about two dozen military intelligence soldiers and civilian contractors in the intimidation and sexual humiliation of Iraq war prisoners, but will not suggest wrongdoing by military brass outside the prison, senior Defense officials said Wednesday.

Who needs to review Kerry's record when you can have a pantyhose scandal to write about instead.

I knew it all along--President Bush must be impeached for allowing this to occur without the military brass being informed.
The commiecRATs claim W wasn't elected. Can a selected President be impeached?
Maybe late in W's 2nd term the republicans should accept
the 2000 "selected not elected" claim of the commiecRATs.
Since then all would agree he hadn't been elected the 1st time, W would qualify under Amendment XXII to be elected for his real 2nd term in 2007.
I've said that very thing to every Democrat that I personally know!
That is what I always say. If they want to believe so badly he wasn't elected, I'll give them the issue on condition we have G.W. eleible for two more terms. LOL
I'd love to see a Republican issue this challenge in response. It would stop them cold.
