When he was Chairman of the RNC he had to deal with
all those RINOs since he has been elected Gov
of MS he has been a staunch supporter of Pro Life
I had a few concerns myself until Donald Wildmon
of American Family endorsed him and that was enough for me.

I really hope the recent actions by some Catholic Bishops in bringing abortion to the fore front in the Church and public view can help mold this issue as a defining difference between Democrats and Republicans. Hopefully, the platform will seek to show this difference instead of watering it down to cater to the RINO's and pro-death lefties in the party.

Based on the snide tone of the C/L's article,
I'd say they're not happy that Haley will write
this platform; meaning of course, that Haley's writing will be straight forward and PRO LIFE.

Haley has always been pretty conservative. I would like to see him run for president in 2008! He has a great personality too. Running against HRC or Edwards he would do great.

If Republicans cannot support unborn life, then the party should dissolve. This issue is the reason why our society has decayed so rapidly. Now we have people cheerfully defending murder at delivery (aka late term abortion) and stem cell research (based on "They are dead already so what is the problem?").
