This is the whole problem in a nutshell.

Pay them an hourly wage with no-incentives for 'extra' votes and maybe they won't be so inclined to 'makeup' new voters.


I am talking about democrats. Right?

Oh well.

Because North Carolina's farmlands, forests, wetlands and wild places are disappearing at the sixth fastest rate in the nation, NCPIRG Education Fund is working to make sure that the state fulfills its promise of protecting[confiscating] one million acres of open space [at below market or through restrictive zoning] by 2010.
