That big bull moose was already warned by the Judge to SHUT UP!! After the Peterson's appeared on 20/20 with BW it was posted on WS that the Judge gave a stern warning that those who were under the GAG were PROHIBITED from speaking about the case!! I think she was rattled too. The other sister, Susan Caudillo said "booooooorring"!! This family just doesn't seem to have any class or any morals at all. At the very least they ought to be embarassed.

Excellent article Meg. She surely nails it!! The pack of Talking heads have made something very simple into something very complicated all the while, completely missing the point.
Oh and have you EVER heard anyone describe their marriage as "Glorious"?!! Peterson tries to sound intelligent but his misuse of words shows that he's very grammatically challenged!! he may be smart as in "crafty" but I don't find him that Intelligent!! ie:" Violence towards women is unapproachable". For cripe sakes, that sounds idiotic!!
The Judge has already PREVENTED the Defense from asking Amber about her past relationships and her present one. Geragos can ask her about any relationship she and Peterson talked about in the admitted tapes ie: Josh Hart.
I remember them recalling this. It was BIG to me because the Defense made such a big deal of the three trips that had been published prior to Peterson going. But the GPS and perhaps tailing had him renting differnt cars and going more often than when the Police Searches were on. Something was definitely worrying Scotty. By the same token, when the two bodies washed up, Peterson made quick plans to head for the Border. That is just so powerful. IF he were concerned AT ALL, he would have high tailed it back to Modesto to find out if HIS WIFE & CHILD had just been found. His failure to do that speaks volumes.
The one thing that Peterson said when the cops showed him the pictures of HIM and Amber, the nerd says: "Is that supposed to be me"????? ROFLMAO!! Unbelievable!! NO Scott, we just put your head on Pudge Boys body!! LOL
You know S4J, we discussed this a lot in the early days of this trial. The thought that Scott could perhaps be selling one of the Ingredients in fertilizer, to the meth labs. But since his financial records have come out, it looks like he didn't sell much fertilizer AT ALL. He was only up to 23% of his projected sales in November, for the ENTIRE year. He was doing terrible. His mommy and daddy bought him the golf membership. It looks like he lived a lot on credit. And then to even have Laci "pawning" items of jewelry for cash. That suggests to me that he was pretty cash strapped.
At one point as I said above, we were all sort of thinking down this alley. But for the reasons stated, I soon dropped thinking that he was into the meth business. His finances were just too bad. IF he were selling a fertilizer ingredient to the meth labs, he would have cash to spare.
I haven't talked about meth labs for over a year onyx. It was just something that was thrown around in the early days of this crime. And I doubt any of us are doing meth!!
I missed the earlier threads concerning this CO but what got my attention was this article on Drudge a few days ago where they said the FBI was looking into all this. What if Snott's only sales were to meth labs lol ? funny thing Laci thought he was broke so she was hawking her jewelry but in Amber's eyes he was mr moneybags offering to pay her $800 phone bill. Remember he DID have 15G in cash the day he was busted.

Yes I picked that up from the tapes. He barely afford his OWN bills and he's offering to pay someone else's? I think he knew he was on safe ground with that one since Amber had already made it known to him that she was INDEPENDANT.

Back to the money issue: You know the very fact that he purchased a car for $3,600.00 in CASH and had $15,000 in CASH tells me that HIS PARENTS are complicit in his attempt to evade Justice. I can't wait until the wiretaps with his mother are played.
LOL which brings in to question where did DADDY get his money !!!!! can't wait for those tapes, might see Jackie up on charges of obstruction of justice, aiding and abetting, conspiracy, it goes on and on...hey Martha needs a roommate lol
