I want to ask a question of the true followers of this case, and I seem to remember you as being interested in these types of crime cases...
Now...I am admitting that I have no idea about the topic of satellite surveillance, but...with all the satellites whizzing above, is it possible to check satellite positions for that day to see if and what might have been spying on any of these areas in question? I mean, I am amazed to have found a sat photo of my car parked outside my house. Of course, this is the whole area of big brother watching us, but I would love to know if there is even a possibility that Scottie's boat might have been seen and captured by things flying above.

It's something coming from the defense I would bet and the usual stalling tactics. For Peterson it's no skin off his back since an air-conditioned courtroom sure beats sitting in a prison cell all day, especially since his days may be numbered anyway.
Neenah: The Confession had nothing to do with the Public Defenders 6000 pages. The confession was in the phone conversation between Peterson and Amber on Feb. 7 or 8/04. He tells her she has guessed ALL the answers to all her questions. He says, you know, you have guessed them ALL. The Public Defenders material is absolutely IRRELEVANT. When Geragos took the case, he began HIS OWN case with his OWN investigators. The Public Defender probably never even sent out a single investigator in that time.
