So who is "Lambert", the eyewitness cited in the medal writeups?

Sandusky was the "eyewitneess" (on Kerry's boat) Lambert was also written up for an award in same action along with Thurlow..

Lambert was an eyewitness and was also awarded a Bronze Star. He is listed as RD-1, apparently an enlisted rating.
