100 applicants per position is about average for even an office job at entry level in most communities.

Are these longshoremens union jobs? Just curious. Once I was watching a big International ANSWER rally against Bush on TV and a couple of speakers were bigwigs in that union. I never heard such rabidly anti-American and outright communist babble from those jerks. I remember thinking, what the hell kind of union is that???
