I've expected the Dems would pull the plug on their candidate since the last election when they did two last minute substitutions in congressional races.
They want to run Hillary but Hillary cannot survive a protracted campaign. The only thing they can do is let her pitch hit at the last minute.
For discussion's sake, let's say kerry dropped out of the race. Hillary was the annointed one.
One catch though: Kerry dropped out AFTER Sept 2 (CFR Day)
Are WE up the creek without a paddle or would there be any chance in hell SCOTUS would revisit this on an expedited track. (i.e. the 60 day blackout)
