There seems to be an effort to take Keyes comments out of context and report the heck out of them. This is the second time it has happened in two days.

There seems to be an effort to take Keyes comments out of context and report the heck out of them. This is the second time it has happened in two days.

Anytime a politician says "you took my comments out of context," it's a clear sign he's stepped in it.

Keyes shoots from the hip. Not all of his positions are as thoughtful as they seem.

Maybe you read something in the explanation that I didn't, because where I sit, nothing changed. He's still for reparations.

Yup. The problem with the Keyes candidacy is the media filter.

But the difference between this race and 2000 is that the media cannot filter the debates. As long as the media spells Alan's name right, they can continue to demonize him, and thereby draw more viewers to the debates. Then people will get the truth.
