So, he's pandering for votes. And that's a good thing?

He is trying to reach the black electorate. That is more than I can say about many here. While I am somewhat ambivalent about his proposal, I am at least willing to think about it honestly, which is more than many here.

How about trying to reach the black electorate by emphasizing the conservative principles many religious blacks already believe in, instead of pandering by supporting reparations? And we're all thinking about the proposal honestly, and we see it as the racist nonsense it is.

Many of US here,including blacks,ARE thinking about this and it's ramifications and are appalled by it all!

Why are you "ambivalent" to the race card and racial pandering?

This is NOT the kind of thing one talks about,when one want to reach what's left of GOPers in Ill.!
