I was in DC this past weekend, and an "alleged" bum was sitting there watching movies on his portable DVD player. It pissed me off like you wouldn't believe.

Bums, exactly. I'm so sick of "homeless." Anybody can sign up for public housing and get it. These people prefer to live on the street.
They all cause problems too. Panhandling, tearing siding off people's homes so they can sell it at the scrap yard, thefts, you name it.
