The answer is a easy one. It hit me like a ton of bricks the day after slick beat Bob Dole in 96.
Its the same reason the antichrist will fool so many people, even those who should know better. The devil has decieved them. They are blinded because of their unbelief.

Many American Jews are "Jews in Name Only", whose real religion is Socialism. Once you take that into account, their position is consistant
