Well, it looks like Keyes has "clarified" his position, based on a statement his campaign just released (there's a thread on it running) where he says that we should be "removing the tax burden from the black community for a generation or two"...

So, now it IS a race-based distinction... Sigh...

How ab out reparations for the nartive inhabitants of this hemisphere?

I say we start the "Pesos for Jesus (say it in Spanish)" reparations movement.

I'm sure that the Mohican nation would sue for reparations, but I can't find one around to retain legal counsel.

I agree. That is not slavery reparations but a race-based free ride, which will benefit people who are not descendants of slaves.

That doesn't have my support at all.
