All the black people I know pay taxes. I think you're correct to identify the problem more by ideology than race.

Our local "Tent City" isn't occupied or run by a group of black people. As far as I can tell, they're mostly white.

You see I am just as angry with anyone that milks the system, this pasted weekend I was in the local safeway and while in the checkout line, I watched this young black girl(about 23) with her younger sister and baby push thru two carts full of food and her bill came up to $220.94, I watch her reach in her pocketbook whip out here DC approved Independence Card(AKA Food Stamps, remember food stamps books are to degrading for the poor)and I watched as her bill went from $220.94 to $9.10 and with the Safeway voucher of $5 that went to $4.10. I then watched as this woman pushed her two carts out the store and paid my $84.27 for 1/4 of a cart. When I got outside I watched as this woman and her sister loaded their goods into a 2002 Gold Dodge Intrepid(complete with DC Tags)and drove off. Will someone please explain to me how the hell poor people can afford cars let alone car insurance, if they are not milking the system.
