Me tooooooo! Just had a BLT for breakfast! When tomatoes are in season, I'm doing BLTs all week long!That drooling sound you hear comes from me. Yum, BLTs! Sometimes I like to slice an avocado and substitute it for the lettuce.

Try a pork chop about 2" thick, cut a pocket and stuff with minced basil/mushrooms/olives and blue cheese, then wrap it with bacon and deep fry that.
Serve with garlic mashed 'taters and veggie of choice.
