I happened to be at Walt Disney World last Friday when the hurricane hit - it was incredible.

I remember when Hugo came through Charleston, Chief Rueben Greenburg said (paraphrasing): "I will not have my jail filled up with looters. If you catch somebody looting, whip their ass and send them on their way."
