1950 SAAB

Basic 1940's 2-stroke engine technology wrapped around Scania Cockroach bodywork. It's not your father's lawnmower anymore!

I meant wrapped in Scania Cockroach bodywork

What's with the El Camino being on that list?

A real ugly car list would have the Aztek, and several different kinds of Citroen.

And why nothing by Kaiser-Frazer? (showing my age on that one...)

Can three wheeled cars get into this contest as well?

I like the Thing, but then I like the Element as well. The price and practicallity are hard to top. I currently own a Volkswagen Vanagon Syncro (all wheel drive) Westfalia and a Honda Insight, so my taste in autos is considered suspect by some. :^)

Heeheeheehee . . . I don't know . . . In the old days it was a half-way respectable car: </sarcasm>

That's the one. It was the only new car my dad ever bought.

The 1st car I remember was my parents' '51 Stude. I didn't know how ugly it was until later.

That one's a custom job, isn't it?

Oh my god.

I mean, you can excuse some of these warts as times long past but this must be a recent crime.

I can only stare at this thing in some form of morbid awe.

Aztec, you have met your match.
