In fact, the committee chair and those sitting more than, say, six feet from Kerry may not be qualified to sit in judgement of him since he may have been 1)slouched down in his chair to avoid having his name put on legislation, 2) on a secret mission and thus invisible or 3)under the table feeding a stray intern...uh...puppy the committee had adopted to help deal with the stress.
