UAVs are probably more reliable than Arab pilots (considering the amount of nepotism and other garbage that must go into the selection and training of military officers in an Arab country...)
A grenade taped to a frisbee does not count as a UAV. Nice try Jordan, now sit down and shut up.
Odd, we've been selling Unmanned Air Vehicles to kids for years. ;-)
well. hopefully they are little more than giant remote controlled aircraft. Lets hope the Arab 'world' has no clue how to effectively use them.
I've got an eye out for the helo version of the 'tiny' UAV's at the local hobby shop.

Wouldn't the same hold true for UAV operators?
At first reading this seems alarming, but don't UAV's depend on near total air superiority to be effective? Other than trying to swarm Israel's border with about a bgillion of these at one time I can't see much of a threat.
These UAVs were, no doubt, "developed" after cannibalizing a few downed Predator drones from Iraq.

im 30 and i fly Unmanned airplanes ALL the time :) i have a P-51 Mustang :)and about 5 others :)
In the unconventional, terrorist way of things, there is always a threat. These things could be used not just in a conventional war.
That mustang is one of the most beautiful aircraft ever designed . Albeit I want a Lancair turbine go fast for my birthday............. Great pics thanks for sharing yer hobby with us ? Looks more expensive than my gun of the month habit............:o)
Stay safe !
