No, I don't believe so. I don't know if He is capable of human emotions--I suppose He is if he wants to be--but He is not pleased.
It actually doesn't matter if you accept the Islamic definition of Allah or the reality (just another name for Satan); "Allah" is pleased with the deaths of non-Muslims.
