Medical records???
IMHO, he has a serious (series?) problem here. I think he has an "Eagleton" problem here. The Pittsburg Post-Gazette ran an article dated Jun 5, 2002 interview with THK and JFK, which reported that THK infered that JFK had recieved therapy for nightmares he was having, in the 1990's, related to Viet-Nam. JFK tried to deflect the question.
Waiting for the other shoe.

I agree 100%.

In tour of Duty-Brinkley wrote that Kerry started SLEEPWALKING and having nightmares.

In the Rolling Stone interview
April 11, 2002
"John Kerry,Ready For his Close Up "-Paul Alexander

Teresa Kerry tells Alexander that she FIRST became aware of Kerry's bizarre night time behavior,
when she shared a room with the Kerry daughters, before they were married.
She was awakened in the night by a man screaming and " BANGING ON THE WALLS."
Teresa was very upset and asked the daughters-what in the heck is that ??!!

The daughters told Teresa- " It's just Dad."

Obviously a nightly occurrence for the Kerry girls- Dad screaming and banging on his bedroom walls.
Teresa tried going back to sleep, but, was again awakened by Kerry banging on the walls in his nighttime frenzy.
She told him in the morning that he almost tore the house down and he replied " Vietnam."

Teresa started dating Kerry in 94 and they married in 95.

" The Heart of Politics
One Woman, Two Senators and Presidential Ambitions: The Washington Tale of John Kerry and Teresa Heinz"

By Mark Leibovich
Washington Post Staff Writer
Sunday, June 2, 2002; Page F01

In this interview, which many in DC felt had ended Kerry's ambitions for the WH,
Teresa imitated Kerry's nighttime rages.
And Kerry refused to say if he had been in therapy.
Teresa indicated that he had been in therapy.

"I don't think I've had a nightmare in a long time," he says.
But then Heinz begins to mimic Kerry having a Vietnam nightmare. "

"Down! Down, down!" she yells, patting her hands down on her auburn hair."

"I haven't gotten slapped yet," she says. "But there were times when I thought I might get throttled."

Kerry gets nervous and tries to change the subject. The interviewer asks Kerry if he's been in therapy.
Teresa eggs him on to tell the truth and Kerry refuses.
Then Kerry contradicts himself-
earlier in the interview, he said he doesn't have them anymore,
but, then he says when he has them now,
he just goes back to sleep.

"Asked if he has been in therapy himself, he non-answers.
"It doesn't bother me anymore, I just go back to sleep."

Teresa gives Kerry the evil eye and looks at him, waiting for him to admit that he's been in therapy.
finally he says ,No.
Then she says-
"Not therapy for the dreams,
therapy for the angst."

In Joe Klein's interview for the New Yorker, in 2002, "The Long War of John Kerry,"

Kerry's good friend George Butler describes Kerry in a near catatonic state after Kerry's first election loss.
Butler says that he invited Kerry for the week end and Kerry refused to speak-he just built a model ship from scratch.
Kerry refused to speak for at least the entire week end-it may have gone on longer, we don't know.
Butler said that he had never seen a more depressed individual.

In Kerry's diary he writes about being so depressed in Vietnam, that he hoped for a court martial.
This was after he came back from an unauthorized trip into Cambodia.

"The Making of a Candidate, Part Two- " Boston Globe, June 16, 2003.

The new book, "Unfit For Command," adds more dimension to Kerry's delusions of grandeur and his mental pathology.

It's obvious by Kerry's own words and those of his family, that he has a history of depression and PTSD- at a minimum.
Probably NPD -narcissistic personality disorder, also.

NPD- A pattern of grandiosity, excessive need for admiration, entitlement, admiration and constant attention.

"A narcissistic individual has a shifting morality--always ready to shift values to gain favor."
Flip Flop.
"Their tendency is to form friendships or romantic relationships with only those that can enhance their self-esteem or advance their purposes."
His two marriages.

"A narcissist presents a false self to the world."
Kerry's whole life history is a mish mash of events and fantasies that don't mesh with reality.

"Under his inferiority is a preoccupation with fantasies of outstanding achievement."
Kerry's medals, Purple Hearts and war time feats.

"The narcissist uses others to aid him in any tasks he undertakes and
will frequently take credit for work which others have done.
Many examples in " Unfit For Command."

"Lying is an integral part of the narcissist's behavior and all their self-reports are unreliable."
David Brinkley and others who think Kerry's diary is true-take note.

"Narcissists will over inflate their own accomplishments, are boastful, and pretentious."
"They frequently will compare themselves to people of great accomplishments and
are surprised when others do not agree with them."
"In fact, it is not unusal for the narcissist to compare himself with God."

From Kerry's diary ,Page 244, "Tour of Duty "-
after comparing himself to Winston Churchill, Kerry writes his mother-
" Besides, I am so conceited
I do not believe the gods would create so potent a being as myself for so prosaic an ending. "

"A narcissistic individual expects favorable treatment from others and wants automatic compliance with his requests."

"For instance he does not feel he should be made to wait in line and expects to be the center of attention."

The Boston media and Hugh Hewitt are replete with examples of Kerry pushing to the front of a line.

Kerry's manufactured life history, plus his manufactured Vietnam history, smacks of delusional thinking and fantasy.

Which is why I believe his campaign refuses to release his miltary and medical records.
Because I can't be the first to notice Kerry's pattern of delusional and depressive behavior.
