You don't and most of it won't even make the general fund. The sham that was exposed in 911 was astounding.
Still its better than something with leftist & anti-relgious like the UnitedWay.
Bush is now going to given an opportunity to pour money into FL under his administration and that can't hurt his standing in the state any.
