Dragging her insurance company into this was probably the dumbest of all the dumb things she did. They usually just pay off the claim on damage like this, but she went high profile so they investigated and then decided to make an example of her.

It's going to be interesting to see if she expresses remorse (confesses) before sentencing. If she doesn't, she'll serve a little more time but be a heroine on the liberal campuses, meaning future employment. That's a plus for somebody who just got disbarred.
