The H#)) it wasn't. I agree with my fellow Captain. It was treason, giving aid and comfort to the enemies of the US as required by the Constitution. You say the North Vietnamese weren't our enemies? Well *they* said they were. I'm sure there were more than two witnesses to the act as well. We shouldn't be bothered with him now. Ah well, Mr. Peanut probably would have pardoned him if he had been convicted of treason. The Kennedy's would have still sheparded his political fortunes. And the people of Massachusetts would still have elected him Senator. After all if manslaughter (or murder since leaving the scene of an accident is a crime and the death occurred during the commision of that crime) is no big deal, what's a little treason?.
