Sounds like a typical officer evaluation.
You say as little as possible and never say what you mean or want to say.
Got to see similar eval's of officers in my old artillery unit.
Our Captain was a complete zero on the brainscan and if we'd ever seen combat as a unit we'd have all been killed because of his ego, but his officer eval's were always 'flawless'.
Never know if the no-brain cretin you give a bad eval to today may one day be your commanding officer and be vindictive about it.
Thanks. I thought that was the case. I'm a vet, but never saw any evaluations, but had an idea how it works. It's sad, though, that this is written evidence that is hard to refute in the mind of a true believer. Rats.
