Why in the world would he quit? He has no reason to quit! Even if he is losing, he has no reason to quit. If he loses, he retains his Senate seat. He has absolutely no reason to quit! None whatsoever. He has been wanting this for 35 years. He has an ego that wont let him quit.
He is on the ballot in 50 states. If he did quit, there is no mechanism to put somebody else on the dem ballot. Neither hillary nor anybody else can get on the ballot for the dems. It's Kerry and Edwards on the dem ticket. Period. That's it!
What is so ##%^@$#% difficult about this for people to understand? Doesn't anybody comprehend the election process anymore?
