In case anyone doesn't know better; writing "killed" in a warning-sign like this is a very very bad idea. If this guy were to kill anyone, he'd be charged with murder, bet on it. The "will be killed" denotes an intent/desire to kill - and that insures a charge of murder.
I'm just saying that, real world, the sign "will be killed" insures that he will have to prove his innocence in a court of law, under a charge of murder. So, apparently there are some areas where we do not have "freedom of speech". You believe that this man has to choose his words carefully, despite his intent. In other words, his speech is limited by court precedent. Sounds arguable.

People may not realize the political dimensions that such a case would raise. It's just my "two-cents" of advice - nothing more.
